The ‘Brutal Gentleman’ is a small business that handcrafts soaps, mustache waxes and beard oils. The client wanted a logo that showed a profile of a man with a handlebar mustache, beard and a black eye. The lettering, created to look like straight razor blades, was hand drawn and refined with Adobe Illustrator. The decorative elements in the corners of the poster were created from a hand drawn mustache cut in half and rearranged.
